I haven't really lost any strength at all... Just lost some of my ability
to push a workout to it's limit... For example doing back the other
night only did a 3 sets of deadlifts where i usually could do more...
Just was to drained to push it beyond 3 good sets and even had to
limit the reps a little because I was just to **** fatigued by that point...
The main key is making sure you are slamming alot of water before and
during the workout so you don't have to worry about being dehydrated...
If not you sure as **** are going to lose some strength for sure... Being
dehydrated is going to effect your performance even more when on DNP...
