Before and After....but still going
Well here they are. Been doing the diet & cardio thing since Aug 03 then added lifting in Jan 04 and here it is. The after pic's are with 6 weeks in a clen cycle.
I think I lost the most weight with just by waxing and shaving...haha what a mess I was
Opps sorry just saw i messed up the after pic date...that April

Your after date is Aug 12, 2004. 3 months after the post date. Looks like you made a mistake when you edited. Great job though.

Heck, you look 20 years younger to me! Say 55 in the first and 35 in the second.

Thank you all. Just gave myself a week off of training and cardio and diet havent done anything like that since I started it was well over do. I was down to 197 lbs. and then gained close to 10 lbs. but now im back to 206 lbs. coming back stronger and harder then ever. AND NEVER giving myself a rest like that before will rest from lifting and dieting but I feel I HAVE TO do cardio. Thanks again for all the good words
