Start masturbating with your left hand instead of the right.
If that was true my left arm would be twice the size of my right. I have the same problem. I think everyone pretty muc does.
I think everyone has been influenced by Sesame Street...Originally Posted by WrkNPrgrss
Do an extra few reps and/or an extra set with the weaker arm on each exercise until it is the same size as the other.
synthol...
Oh now i know why my girlfriend has massive arms ....

If you want to see what synthol does to you, go to yahoo and search for greg valentino.
that dude is absolutely disgusting
what he said... take the time to really concentrate on the weaker arm. Dont let the other arm do all the work on barbells either.Originally Posted by BASK8KACE

try flexing the smaller arm more often when you look into the mirror or whatever. Someone on this site told me to do that once and it has worked for me and made my smaller bicep more full.
Greg Valentino is ****ing nasty, and sythonol is horrible for you!
..scuse me......I just got done puking after looking at those pics of Greg Valentino.
His arms look like they have ASSES welded to them!
Yuck.
concentrate on dumbell exercises as this will force the weaker arm to do more work then it does when using a barbell
dumbells is def. the way to go...all dumbells...each arm will do its own rep and force it to grow....
Would my penis look like that if I injected it with synthol????![]()

DO NOT work the other arm any differently... you will just fuk yourself up more... the muscle's composition is far too complex to think this will solve your problem... use more uni/iso lateral work with dumbells... start with the weakest side first... my .02 on this issue...

Simple, almost all my clients have a dominate side when they start out.
You want to do dumbell and single arm movement only until the imbalance is corrected.
For each set and execise start with the weaker arm first and however many reps you complete with the weaker arm that is how many reps you do with the stronger arm.
Example concentration curls you are able to do 9 reps with a certain weight with the weak arm before it reachs failure, now do 9 reps with the stronger arm with the same weight, the stronger arm will be able to do more then 9 reps but you stop at 9 because that is where the weaker arm failed, this way the weaker side will get trained harder and it will catch up to the stronger arm which is not being trained to failure and will just be holding size and strength as the weaker arm catchs up. Once they are equal(able to do the same amount of reps to failure) you can return to barbell and joined hand exercises but you will always want to include some single arm movements to prevent it from reacuring.
I'd guess your arms are around 13 inches. You've got a lot of growing to do. There is no quick 1 or even 6 month fix. Your triceps need a lot of work as do your shoulders and lats. It looks like all you do are curls. You have a bit of bicep peak and one tricep is a little longer than the other. Lift heavy as hell for 4 or 5 years, eat and gain 50 lbs of muscle. The difference will not be noticable then. Forget about working one arm harder to catch up. In time they will be equal. The key is to be patient. Muscular development takes years not weeks or months.
