Well, Cardio at the most is 15 min. twice a week. In the past month only did cardio 4X about 12min ea. This will increase as needed as the show date gets closer (May 4).
Diet is clean and it varies:
First 3 wks as much protein as possible; about 100 grm carbs (no sugar at all); fat not very high.
The past 2 wks are exactly this:
Meal 1: 2whole eggs, 1/4 cup multi grain pancake w/ 1egg white,sugar free syrup.
Meal 2: protein shake (optimum 2 scoops)
Meal 3: 6-8oz chicken brst, 2 med red skin potatoes or 1 cup brown rice, 3/4 cup vegatable.
Meal 4: protein shake (same)
Meal 5: 6-8oz chicken or fish, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup veg.
Meal 6: protein shake
NOTE: no carrots, corn, dairy, sugar, white potatoes or salad dressing.
Tanning started this past Monday- 2/11/02

ahh beautiful..I dont feel so bad- I'm dieting right now and sometimes after I eat I feel like maybe I shouldn't of had eaten that because I have a tendency to eat alot of greens and salads and veggies with chicken and turkey....but it's good to see your diet I dont feel so bad for eating those carbs because I know it's still an effective diet if it's obviously working for you and you're eating the potatoes and the vegetables as well...
