hello all, I am a new member to this wonderful forum. A little bio on myself: 19 yrsold going on 20 in march,5'6 140, not sure of body fat,have been weight training off and on the last 2 yrs.Did some serious training in high school.Some stats in the weight room 2 yrs ago:bench max:225, squat:415.I have started again seriously training in the weight room and on the track(sprints) (which i did in high school), for the last couple of months.Goals: weigh around 170ish with under 10% bodyfat.Just about 30-35 pounds of muscle and have a ripped look.i train naturally only problem is getting in enough calories for mass.Well here is a pic.sorry post is kinda long.![]()
