Well guys I finally finished my 12week 500mg Enan cycle last week. Here are the before and after pictures.
beginning weight was 196 and finishing weight is 235. Bench went from 265 to 350. Now its time to lose the rest of this **** fat!! :cool:

Ill take a picture of the scale in altitle bit :-) 235 this morning... I am also 6'4 so I carry 235lbs very easily. Here is a picture for you non believers!!

This is the same scale I weighed in at 196 with.
Great improvement, shave that hair and get a tan and you'll look more cut. Keep it up man you look good.

Awesome for 6'4" - your on your way to being a giant. Your gains are reflected in the stretch marks but they will eventually fade. Keep training hard and eating for your new size. You will probably drop some water over the next few weeks - just have some good PCT set up and don't detrain...
45 pounds in 3 months is a pretty significant change... are you sure? You must have had all the variables optimized... diet, training and rest with high androgen levels...
Hey great job man. Everything must have been in check. Keep up the good work, through out your PCT and you won't lose that much. Your body has changed now, so you can't eat like you did before, you require more to maintain that muscle.

Hey Bro... I got 9 hours of sleep and I definitely pushed myself as hard as I could in the gym... Im sure I will lose some size which is cool with me.. just gives me something to look forward to next time around.. My diet was pretty much in check although I did cheat here and there.. but I did make sure I got 450g of protein a day... I think that helped..Quote:
