    Unhappy 11 days out of Teen Nationals

    So I won the Teen Arizona on saturday and celebrated all day sunday with a few good meals, well apparently they were too good cuz when I weigh myself a few hours ago I was 195.8lbs! On friday I just barely made weight at 175.8lbs. Now I know alot of this is water but still VERY alarming so I guess I'll be hitting the cardio twice a day from now until the 20th. The extra carbs today did give me an awsome leg workout/pump. The day after the contest Im doing a 405lb squat for 8reps! Here are some pics after my binge eating and quad bustin day...

    It`s possible, even more!
    I gained 15kg in three days after my comp..
    It´s all water and food in your intestinal tract, and I think your muscles look bigger now...

    Many times you look even better, because you dare eat enough. Before comp when you fill up, you are afraid of eating too much.
    My friend, 3 time Finnish Champ eated big pizza in the morning before comp! And he was full and looking perfect...

    Edit: Buffteen, HOW did you build your legs to look like that??? Tell me your secret recipe...

    your legs are ri-f*%king-diculous. Quads are huge, and you have some of the best developed hams i have seen. Nice job!!

    Considering that I won the Teen division of the Arizona on saturday and the NEXT day I was doing 405lbs squat for 8reps, i'd say thats pretty good. Cut me some slack kid. Anyway off-season I usually do 495lbs for 6reps.
    My leg routine is pretty simple....SQUATS.
    I warm up with 135 for 8reps
    225 for 8reps
    315 for 6 reps
    do a couple of reps at 405lbs and then find a spotter for the real sets.
    I'll start normally with 495lbs and get at least 5 reps and then do 2 more sets with decreasing weights and increasing reps.
    I'll then do 3 sets of leg press or hacks and then 3 sets of lunges to finish off. either dumbell, barbell, or smith machine lunges will do, I always change it up. I do hams another day and each bodypart once a week.

    At my current weight of 182lbs (contest in 9days), they are 25.5in. When I was 220lbs they were a little over 28in. My legs tend to hold alot of water.
