    Dont be shy about showing us the rest of torso bro...If you want a real critique, then do a pose where your physique is exposed... As it is all i see is a thick guy pushing his arms and chest out, and covering his stomach. Bodybuilding is about the total package unless i missed something.

    okay, not that this one is gonna show a lot more but here it is.

    I'm currently at 209lbs, 5'10" and bf is way higher than where I want it due to the low amount of cardio. I was about 190lbs when I started the cycle so the gains have been great. I'm already planning my second cycle, can't wait to start all over again.

    Thanx for the comments, bros, they motivate me to do more.

    No I was not naturally like that, actually, my chest tends to fillup from the bottom up. In other words, if I were to follow a normal bench routine, my chest would be bigger in the bottom part than in the middle or the top. For that reason my bench routine is mostly inclines. I start with dumbell inclines, follow up with flat bench then either do straight bar inclines of Hammer strength inclines. I finish it up with cross overs of pec-dec. On my inclines I only incline the bench about 25 to 30 degrees or half of what most people use. I switch the order around once in a while for variety.

    BTW, I AM pushing my chest out in the picture and it looks better than it actually is.
