6' 180 28 yrs old, the first pic is 2 months after i started training again after a 2 year lay off and shattering my arm above my elbow in an armwrestling match. (6 months after the break) i think im 165 in that pic but that was after losing 20lbs to atrophy and such because of the break. (i got a plate and ten screws in my arm) its been a year now since the break and im about to start a dbol /sus/deca cycle and it will be my first. thanks for your feedback and here are some before pics.

another one at about 15lbs heavier- im about 4 months farther along now- ill post some more when i feel i look alot different. sorry it was taken with a shitty webcam but ill have better ones with my old ladys digital camera =)

In that first pic, it looks real good. Although you seem to be pissed off at something??? Hehe, j/k. Arms are looking really nice, tri's stick out nicely.
