    my pics as of feb-19

    Ok bros time to put them up I guess,no where near bigkev's size,but give me a year or two,and beleve it or not that is m pic in the avatar before the injuries,sucks what two years off will do to the bod,still a lot of body fat to deal with ,no where near my build before the injuries,but bring on the
    heat I need your advice,thanks for the help !!!!!!!

    Deisel :::::: benn back at it for about two months now ,no gear yet but building up a cycle now for a few months later ,trying to make sure i have all the body at 100% before i do ,
    dont need any more injuries .I just went to the doc,had blood tests done he says that I am border line Hypoglycemic ,it runs in my fam ,been light headed and week feeling after squats and cardio,but trying to cut up so i dont know how to add the sugar and still cut up?

    superman:::::: funny ,but even superman must have gotten weggies in those tights,,,,,,,,,hehe j/k no flame bro!

    but my bys suck ,I need help bigkev ????????????cant seem to get them to get back up ,only thing i am haveing trouble with right now .

    18 % body fat
    bys 17"
    chest 44 "
    forearm 12"
    quads 24"
    calfs 15"
    waste 36"

    Haveing trouble geting the body fat down ,but well on the way back ,thanks guys and gals !!!!!!!!!!!
