Abs pic (after cutting cycle)

I was on a cycle of Test/Deca /Dbol and ended in March 04'. Pct was over by the end of April 04'. May,June,and July I have been diong alot of cardio and really hitting my abs hard. Let me know what you think of all my hard work?

I added some new pics. The ab & bi pics are recent pics after cutting up. The upper body shot is me after my cycle. I dropped about 20 lbs since then. I am embarrased to put up a pic of a full upper body shot now or leg shot now. I lost alot of mass in my upper chest and traps due to cutting to hard. I will get it back soon and post some more pics.

after such a bulking cycle i would of thought your arms and all of you would be much bigger...can't belive u lost it all in such a short period of time unless u did not eat enough to beging with.....Your above cycle was not worth the money just for abs and losing the whatever mass u've gained.......

i have old threads on here that show my daily eating habits along with how much juice i took. I peaked out at 193-195lbs. I droped to 185lbs. Then i started to cut up. I work outside during the summer, so it is very hard for me to get to the gym during the summer.

What are you well over 6 ft tall ... I hate to say it but I mistook you for being some 19 year old 135# 5 ft 8".... you got teenager abs but that teenager look because chest, shoulders and arms arent all that built yet.

No, just dietted too hard trying to get the abs... all muscle gain is subject to loss, especially if you go on a 1500 calary or less a day diet.
