New to the Board

Stats.
Hey everyone.. thanks for the comments... I have been training for about 2 years now. I wrestled @ 130lb in high-school and I weigh in at about 178ish. I am 5'9 3/4. My stats are this.
Arms: 16"
Legs: 24
Waiste: 30
I will post some more measurements soon. I have been AS free but I came to this board to research and learn.
Back Routine: Changes every 4 weeks.
Pull ups: 3XFailure
Wide Grip Pull Downs: 4X8-12
T-Bar Row: "My fav." 5X8-12
One arm dums: 4X8-12.
Hypers: 3X20
For the past 3 months I have really concentrated on technique. I am still perfecting my range of motion with-out cheating. Honestly I have found most of my gains from using correct form and not cheating: ie. throwing my back up when I bench or using by shoulders to lift a barbell curl. My lifting is more intense than it has been. If I am not sweating then I am not working out. I am currently on a 10 week bulking cycle of creatine,protein and ZMA. More to follow

Thanks for the routine buddy. I like that and am gonna incorporate that into my back rotation.
Thanks again, and keep lifting brother, you're doing fine. Listen to the guys here and READ and READ more if you are gonna do gear. Be careful and do as the experienced guys tell you.
