Here is what the rest of my bod looks like after about three years of natural training starting at age 47. I am now just a little over 50. I lift four times a week and run twice. My diet is super clean-- no processed foods with the exception of myomax, which I import by the case. I quit smoking, drinking beer, vodka (which is really tough to do in Russia) and drinking coffee.
My results, I believe, are typical of what anyone can do if they a) go to the gym religiously b) keep adding weight and c) get INTENSE when you're at the gym. I gained just a little over a pound every month for three years and completely changed the muscle/fat ratio in my body.
After about three years natural, I am doing a doctor prescribed TRT cycle with 400 cyp and 200 deca/ week. Will post pix in three months.
