    Getting ready for nationals

    Competed in NPC Metrx 2003 show. Placed first place middleweight at 175.5. Looking foward to sunshine in march. Hope to come in around 185.

    This is one of those bodies that is so aesthetically appealing. His 'home pics' look so cool too. I am dying to have his stats. Would kill to have a body like that.

    Stats

    5"9 190 lbs
    3% b/f for show
    6% currently
    5-6 meals a day 8-10 oz chicken 1 cup rice or lean london broil and sweet potatoe

    I stay this way all year long. I eat clean so I think that helps. Thanks alot guys for the complements. I still have a long way to go to get where I want to be. I just hope I can get there. I need to work on my lats and overall thickess. I have John Defendis Mr USA 1988 helping me. So Within this next year I hope to pack on some more good quality muscle.
