    Sorry for the poor quality but i cant spend money on a new camera. I have bin natural for the last year and im about to go on a deca d-bol cycle in a couple of weeks . heres some cold crappy photos.........

    well im up 15 pounds of solid muscle since those pics . All in all a good cycle seem to be keeping gains. Would post pics i hate my web cam its a p.o.s. Maybe ill buy a digi cam ..........
