those are pics after 14 weeks dieting ,plz dont flame !! i am 6' 218lbs now i dont know my bf in my befor i was 247lbs

Wow great job bro... Going from 247 to 218 is outstanding! Loosing 30 lbs is quite the task and you look great. I have been dieting too, but the last week I have be royally F**king up but seeing this helps with motivation…thanks

thanx guys for the good comments
i will keep dieting because i am still loosing fat and i dont think i am ready for bulking ,some ppl say u have to be 10% to bulk,i will do a maintainance 40-40-20 diet in octeber than i will restart the my diet.
as for the legs i have long legs so it will take a day to shave those legs
