Wuts up guys just wanted to post some pics of myself. The first pic is of me now at 210 before any cycles done. And the last two are of me at 285 in 8th grade. I initially lost 100 lbs doing the Atkins diet with a little modification to it. But since then I have put on some good muscle mass. As of right now I weigh in at 210 but with more muscle and less fat. I still have a long way to go to achieve my goals but i believe this was my biggest achievement of all.
