Talking My Greatest Achievement in Life...

Wuts up guys just wanted to post some pics of myself. The first pic is of me now at 210 before any cycles done. And the last two are of me at 285 in 8th grade. I initially lost 100 lbs doing the Atkins diet with a little modification to it. But since then I have put on some good muscle mass. As of right now I weigh in at 210 but with more muscle and less fat. I still have a long way to go to achieve my goals but i believe this was my biggest achievement of all. Thanks for looking guys and please leave some feedback. Thanks

Nice! Losing the glasses really helps change the overall look as well.

Keep it up. I was in your boat many years ago and won the same battle. Not its time for some good ole muscle building.

    Fugin eh bro.

I am in that boat right now. I have just started the Atkins diet with my parents, I hope it works out for me. I am currently 18 and weighin at about a steady 325 pounds. I am workin my ass of in the gym and I can tell it is gonna be good for me. I juts use all that teasing I have gone threw and all the rejection from the ladies as motivation, I really look upto you as a role model.

    Thanks for the support bud.
