whatup guys. thought i'd update those who know me from ef on my progress. i'm about 10 wks post cycle of a 10wk cycle, these are the progresses, i think i'm making good progress. apologize for the poor quality of the latest pic - i just took it with no one around, that is me today 03-07-02. i like all types of feedback. get at it! peace all.

okie - this is offa my memory... my cycle results have been strange and i've learned a lot, i'll preempt this with that statement.

the first pic i am completely natural, never touched AS, 6'0, 220 ~20% bf. I got a got and had love handles and all that.

i did a 6 week of 50mg winny/ed and oral fina (but that didn't do anything) so it was basically a winny cycle. Lost BF, went up couple of pounds actually. probably 222# ~17%

then in late september i started my first real cycle - i thought it was going to be a bulking cycle, 750mg test for 10 weeks, + dbol and + winny at the end for 6 weeks. I got up to 235 and my strength was insane, i was using .75mg arimidex though and had zero bloat. then i stopped eating. and i was being bad with recreational drugs - yeayo.... (please do not get involved in this stuff, no matter what anyone says about it's cutting properties). by the end of the cycle, december 26th, in clomid, i was down to 189 and had a distinct 4 pack and my sixth was showing - I figure ~12%, plus my facial features, my whole look changed. I have been eating right and training hard naturally for 10 wks or so and I'm back up to 204 at about ~14%, i look bigger, but i have a littel gut that i'm hopeing a nice EQ/anavar cycle will alleviate. i've learned so much from the bros over at ef, many of whom are now here, but I really love this board right now - incredible!

hahahah, i wish. i had some shoulder and chest acne for about 8 weeks after the cycle - i wonder if tapering off would have helped. I'll try and get some better photos so the improvements can be seen more clear. yea, that's one thing i do not want to repeat, the acne sucked.

sorry the quality really isn't great when i take the pics myself. maybe you can see the increased vascularity of the arms and maybe a little wider lat and overall thickness. anyway, there it is.
