    Hello all

    Hi everyone. A friend from Elite told me about AR. Everyone here seems very nice so far

    My goals are to get my bf% to 12 % and to add some lean muscle, which may be impossible to do at the same time, but I'm gonna try. Here are some pics. Keep in mind I'm no where near the level of the fine ladies on here, but I'm trying. My best assets are my glutes but I cant show those pics. Don't wanna get banned on my first day

    Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I'm about to leave for Germany but I will be back in 2 weeks. Can't wait to get back to y'all; everyone is so sweet.

    The reason I'm posting this pic is because out of everything on my body, I am proud of my quad sweep. 6 years of sprinting. If its offensive a mod can delete it. see ya soon.
