I stay lean (within 15 lbs. or so of pic/comp weight) year-round, yes. Especially now that I've had double patellar tendon surgery to re-attach both of them (they both ruptured completely off the bone) 15 months ago, too much weight on the legs would not be good for re-hab. So I am almost "forced" to refine what I have now, make all of it razor sharp, and be a walking example of ultimate fitness. I no longer desire (nor is it reasonable to strive for) to be extremely huge, taking all kinds of drugs, etc., that's just not me. I was forced to be natural after the surgery, and seeing as how I look about the same OFF stuff, I think I'll stay off and heal and refine as I am. I see this as a message to my body, and I am going to listen. In my line of work, people like the look I have now, the one you see, and trying to become a bloated GH monster just for the sake of being "bigger", is not what I wish to do. I want to refine, be totally perfect, and have a body that anyone would die to have. 95% of those I work with want a model/GQ look, not the bodybuilder look. I am aiming for the GQ appearance with EXTRA muscle mass.....

Not a 175 lb. model type, but a 220-225 lb. one.
I'll have updated pics in a few months again (have done updated ones 2 times on my site and here since surgery), but I just found out I may have to get both knees scoped due to TONS of arthrofibrosis in the trauma areas. (tons of scar tissue prohibiting flexing of all nerves/muscle fibers). Once I can squat my full amounts again, that should be enough to keep my entire body hard/solidified/big w/out having to use anything "extra".
My ultimate goal is 220-225, all the time, perfect proportions all over. So, my journey starts today w/my consultation w/the orthopedic surgeon to see what it's going to take to get me to 100%. He knows I have things to do.
