Sneak Peak/Contest prep

I'm 4 weeks out. This is all I'm showing for now.

Picts 16 days out. I'm holding a little water in my lower abs and I've lost size on my chest while cutting but here's an update. I had a newb at the gym take the pict for me. He obviously needs photography lessons.

I haven't shaved in almost 2 months so there is hair on my arms covering up cuts. I've been to tired. All of this **** cardio I've dropped 2 inches on my waist. I still have a little less than 4 weeks to get leaner.

A lot considering I haven't done cardio in 3 years. Haven't trained abs for about 2 years.

I've been doing 45 mins, walking on the treadmill. 45 mins being a lot for me.

Looking real good. Besides the cardio, what have you done to lean out? How have you altered your diet? Cut carbs? I'll be cutting up in 5 weeks but I am nervous about losing any muscle.

I don't compete gymnastics anymore. I quit about 3 years ago. But I still do gymnastic strength exercises. Handstand holds, handstand pushups on balance, a few different presses to handstand. I can still do back tucks. Other than that I don't push my luck. I don't hurt myself and not be able to lift.

I worked out at Steel gym today and Jason kicked my ass on legs. No joke, I wanted to cry. I stood up after a set and my legs buckled and I went to the floor. That was about half way through the workout. At one point I was almost hyperventilating. I think because of the clen . My heart was pounding and I couldn't catch my breath. He had me do a different quad workout than what I sent you. Sets pyramiding up then high rep drop sets to WAY beyond failure to the point where he was **** near moving the weight himself. I had nothing. Then he says 3 more sets.

Now I see why the pros have sick legs. I told him he should have kicked my ass like this when I was still eating carbs. I talked to Victor today and he is looking tight ready for the Olympia.
