    Dogsofwar

    This is 7 weeks into my first cycle. Currently sitting at a
    24 pound gain only half way through my cycle of Test E,
    EQ.

    I was taking in about 750mgs of Test E and 600 mgs of EQ. My blood pressure went up some so I cut down to 500 and 400 respectively. This is my first cycle. Thanks for the comments.

    looking good bro,at 6'1" are you sure your 232,from the pic you dont look that heavy...not a flame.maybe it is just the pic.

    Thanks for the comment bro. Diet is sorta like this (variable):

    breakfast
    10mg of Nolva
    .25 ldex
    1 multi-vitamin
    bananna
    2 scoops of protein shake mix equiv to 42grams (Optimum Nutrition)

    Mid morning
    2 chicken breasts or deli meat
    Pistacios

    Lunch
    1lb of pork or other meat with soup and/or veggies

    Mid afternoon
    egg whites / nuts
    Another protien shake

    Dinner
    Steak / shrimp / scallops / pork (some kind of meat product)
    Veggies (broccoli, green beans, etc)

    Am I sure I am 232? Well no, actually I'm not 232. I weighed this evening and was at 237. Here are some more pics.

    Ha ha.. Thanks guys. Whats funny is I do very little neck work. Like 3x10 upright rows, 3x15 shrugs (forward, up and down and backwards). I am trying to hit the legs hard as hell right now. Thanks for the nice comments all.

    14 weeks is a bit long for a first cycle, good job with the ancilliaries and good luck with PCT

    I have been all natty for 34 years. So I have a good base to start on which I feel is contributing greatly to my success. 14 to 16 weeks from what I understand is an average cycle, so I plan on doing it that long. I will be doing a cutter in the Spring (Beginning of May). Will be trying to get down into the single digit BF%.

    Good gains...looking good, but wheres the carbs? 600 of EQ is quite high for a 1st timer. Ahhh maaan, Im just jealous!

    I actually lowered my EQ and Test amounts as the BP
    rose a little. Feeling much better now on TEst 500 and
    EQ at 400. However, from allof the research I have done,
    guys running EQ at 600 had drastically better gains than
    say at 400.

    As for the diet and carb intake, I have a few strategies
    that are working great. I intake carbs before and after
    workout. Usually consists of breads/potatoes and other
    complex carbs. Intake of carbs 30 minutes after workout
    enhances your protein synthesis. I also get carbs from
    milk that I mix with my shakes, nuts, maybe a little sweet
    now and then

    There mixed in, however, I was just trying to show the
    heart of my diet. I am trying to go for very lean gains
    (hence EQ and test).

    I really don't want my neck to grow any more. The only
    exercises for the neck (mostly traps) are shrugs and upright
    rows. I built my neck once upon a time for football, but not
    since then.

    Thanks again for all of the cool complements. It really does
    help people to feel better about themselves. Take care bros
    and feel free to comment and/or ask any questions. I'd like to
    help out since I was educated from you all.

    and test, there isn't a whole lot of water retention which is exactly why people use this combo to cut up. Yes, test with any long ester will make you hold some water, but give a brutha a break. Werd.

    Yea but big frame... he said he had 44 chest and 34 waist before and 47 chest and 35 waist after. I am 45 chest and 31.5 waist now and 173 lbs (dont laugh, PCT wasnt so good on me afterall but its coming back with being being back on cycle as of last weekend). I always heard you want your chest measurement to be minimum of 12 inches bigger then waist so he still fits the bill, but I think he could be better by getting waist down to 32/33 inches.

    Dont look bloated by believe us who have experienced roids before... at the very least, 10 lbs come off FAST within 3 weeks of your last injection. Also I understand EQ lasts even longer then deca, so you should probably carry your test a couple weeks past the end of your EQ, then begin your PCT 2 weeks after that. Its a waste to start PCT early, you need to start it when all roids wear completely off.

    Yeah, my current focal point is bi's, rear delt, upper pec, and quads. My bi's are like 16 1/2. I am looking to add 2 more inches at least. Thanks for the comments.
