    OK. Here are the pics that I promised ironman. Keep in mind what I said about where I came from. Actually, these aren't to bad. You can see the lats starting to bud; you can't see that the stomach is shrinking, it still looks like a beer blister but is half of where it started. I didn't do nolva during that cycle, so most of what is there is water. This cycle there is no water retention at all because I've been taking 10 mg nolva ed. You can flame all you want at the guy in these pics because he is six months behind me and has learned that eating is not a recreational sport.

    lats..shoulders and traps..have definitely grown since those before pics..

    keep working hard brother and never forget...just cause you on AS doesn't mean you can let you diet slip..keep it hardcore...hit it from all angles..diet, hard training and adequate sleep..and you will just keep growing.

    what are you stats before you started you first cycle and what are they now?

    I was 168 when I started the 1 cycle, I'm now 184 + pounds. My biceps were 12 3/4", not they're 15 1/4". I'm truly a hard gainer. Those are the only measurements that I took.

    You've made some really great progress! A 2 1/2 inch gain on your arms is impressive.

    Well, now they're stuck. I think it was easy to get to here from being so out of shape. Now I have to work even harder and wait for the gains lke everyone else. Especially on the abs and chest.
