You have a slick stomach, but you could benefit from moving those arms some more; some shoulder/butterfly raises
Chest, arms, delts.
What about wheels?

No pics of legs right now,to lazy, will post soon though. I want to get to 200. i have an ok diet right now. but it seems i never get anywhere by eating the right foods and a lot of it, it had no affect on me, im a hard gainer i believe. u guys think i would benefit from a test cycle( yeah yeah i did a stupid deca only cycle like 4 months ago and it was a bad experience) so i want to do a real one once i get my diet in check
I think you should get a sound diet in place first, and build a base before using any AAS.
Otherwise, you'll be very disappointed when you come off.

You probably didnt give your diet enough time OR "eating the right foods" might not have been in the right amounts. By your pictures, you definately could add a lot more muscle naturally. Check out the diet stickies and give one of those a run. If you just have patience and give it an honest try, youll grow.Originally Posted by GQplaya

180 @ 5 10 is not big at all...EAT EAT EAT...I would say that your legs are small if that is what your upper body looks like...most ppl want the GQ look meaning no legs all upper body...lol ....Stay away from the roids until you get your diet in check or it will just be another waste of money...ihmo

Great abs...but that looks like the results of lack of food. Eat a boat load of protein and train hard and heavy....hit those legs!
