    Primes pics

Ok these are pretty recent (last few days). Im about 184 in these pics. Any comments on what needs work etc would be apreciated. Just thought id post up some pics.
Dont feel the need to be gentle. Id rather people be honest and say "**** you suck in that pose you look awful!" and then gave reasons why then just a vauge yeah you look alright.

Yea, the upper arms look like they are behind for the rest of your body!

    Back looks awesome!

Your calves look a little undersized compared to the overall leg, but I know mine shrink dramatically when they are not pumped, so it may just be that they are cold.

Don't want to get into an argument about this but I talked to Ronnie and Chris and some other pros about all this mixing carbs and fats. Ronnie’s response was "I think its ridiculous."

You look good bro. I'd say your weak point is your abs, strong point is your back thickness and you have a very nice v-taper. What size waist are you?

I think the pose and lighting isnt good... at 184, you sort of look cushy, and yet you also have great inner thigh, delts and arm size for your weight. Its a confusing picture... weight combined with key areas of muscle development suggest low body fat... cushyness, low visibility of abs, low muscle threads visible suggest high body fat. I am at 9.5 and you can see muscle threads and abs quite well on me. Also if you are on cycle, creatine, etc you can get innaccurate body fat measurements... you really look like you have low body fat but currently have high water retention at this time.

I diddnt expect to see this thread again Ill put some more pics up in a few months as im experimenting with a new training approach. Thanks for all your comments, im off to the gym in a few hours and i needed a bit of a kick this morning. I havent seen these pics in a while and i see alot of areas that are lacking. I have leaned up since those pics were taken but as i havent measured my bf% in over 2 years i have no idea how much i have actually lost.
I had about a 33" waist in those pics boondocksaint.
