You look bigger than 180, but I see youre only 5'6''. You look awesome bro, but if had to nit-pick, it would be that your inner and upper chest is a little behind your lower chest. Again, you still look awesome.

Yup, it is not advised to have those types of avatars. Sooner or later it will be removed, or you will be asked to remove it.

I'm not one to blow smoke up someone's ass so I'll give you a real critique. Your chest definitely needs work. Not just upper chest but pretty much all over. It's lagging a bit behind the rest of your body. Also, your body fat percentage is higher than 10%. I would get that in check as well. Lower the body fat a bit then continue to bulk and add on more muscle.

Thanks bro's for the constructive criticism, lower my bf, improve my chest area, competition, wow thats great. Being in the military service and currently serving overseas "Dessert" and having what I have accomplish so far, i think i've done pretty well.

Diet is key but since i am extremely busy with current mission deployments i dont get to feed my body the proper nutrients, except that wholesome, nutritious military chow.

As far as going for more mass, well not a big fan of mass, just like the well all around define look, once i return back to a normal life, i will work harder to improve those lacking areas, of course God willing!

The good thing here is that he does look good for him serving our country and not having all the time in the world to eat clean, Carlos has given him some very good advice in which he can improve when he gets the time/chance to do so, and he had the BALLS to post his picture in the first place!

Yeah constructive critism is better than telling everyone " looking think bro" He does look alright for not being able to train or eat properly but to tell him to compete. He need alot more work in many areas to be ready for that.
