    Squats and plyometrics and then you'll have to hire a tailor for your pants! Watch your upper body have an increase in strength when your legs get stronger. One of the best ways to increase your bench max is to increase your squat max. Your abs and lower back will love your leg workout too. Train hard and good luck!
