Thighs appear kinda small...calves not bad
my quads i have been working hard. they have always lacked. i played ice hockey for years and no matter what i have trouble getting them thick. i work my legs 2xs a week one heavy day and then one light day. work out looks like this. squats,5 sets leg extesions 4 sets leg curls 4sets dead lifts.4 sets calves 5-8 sets. and i go heavy meaning for me! squat 315 2 sets 6-8 reps. dead lifts 225 3 sets 2 failure. the rest machines!
Look good, being picky...but your chest could use some work, looks a little too small for your frame. Whats your chest routine like?
have you done any cycles?
maybe youre overworking the legs then?

i agree. i have two routines. 1, flat bench 4 sets 1 warmup, incline dumbs 4sets, dumb fly 5 sets, super set pull overs and cables/ or dips.Originally Posted by Big Poppa Pump
