Hey guys I am five weeks out from a show and quite frankly I need some motivation to keep me going…so here is a picture of my abs at my first show a few years back, I was dry as hell, and I am hoping to duplicate this conditioning…so now I can look at this picture on here and keep myself motivated….thanks for you time guys…f*** I am just blabbing now…that’s low carbs for ya…I am going to shut the F*** up now…
