new quad/calve shots..
i havent posted any pics in a LONG time, so i figure id give it a go. i dont lift for aesthetics but for performance, collegiate sprinter...bad quality, but ull get the general idea..tell me what ya think

Calves look good, good size too in proportion to the rest, you'r not lacking there. Pics are a bit on the shady side, so some better ones would tell a bigger story.

you cant make anything out by those pics it could be a pic of your sisters legs for all I know, the last one looks like a X ray shot, Useless pics!! waist of space

those are some pretty ripped legs dude
what type of leg training do you do? i am particularly interested in what you do for calves (as my quads are naturally decent)...are the calves a result of HIIT style sprinting, heavy calf raises, both?
can you outline your leg workout, thanks

any1 who said anything negative is a hater! i.e. the pics aren't THAT bad, and im sure ur sister doesn't have legs like mine, they aren't as pretty! let alone urs, and i dont even lift!(really) not to mention those pics were taken cold, no pump whatsoever. anyways..bound for muscle, i dont lift but maybe 2x a week, only when mandatory, mainly for maintenance and consistency. if i do it'll be hang cleans, power cleans, split jerks, jump squats, jumpsplit lunges w/ dumbells etc the rest is ALOT of plyo, hurdle agilities etc..ive never done anything for calves specifically..but a sprinters workout will def help ur calves bro. PM me if u want anything specific.
