Any before/after pics from HIGH weight to in shape? Over 30%bf?

Wonder if anyone has any pics of before/after pics of them big..like over 30%bf and after in shape. See guys on here who have lost alot of weight, but not much for muscles..I want to drop from 28% to 13-15% and want to see how others did. If you took gear, that would help as well to know..cycle or what suppliments you took to get it and time it took. Thanks for the help bruddah's!

As for your question, dropping from 30% bf to 15% is much more a matter of diet and cardio than supplementation or gear. I have done this over the last year by eating 5 to 8 smaller more balanced meals per day and cardio at 70% MHR 3 to 5 times per week, along with intense workouts. Not really any magic bullets I know - but common sense along with consistency.

SC is right !! I have been sitting back watching this circus play out for a while. Andre you have made 339 posts since you have been here. I just browsed through a major portion of them and 99.9% of them are about you. I can find about five where you have offered somebody some advice. Thats not a good ratio when this board is about helping one another. So my advice to you is, start adding some value or expect to get more of the same sh!t you have been receiving in every thread you have ever participated in.

I don't give a phuck what you'll all say but the guy in the first post asked for pics of going from near 30% body phat and going down to 12-13%; this is what Andre did right here. I'm not talking about his other posts, just this one. He gave what the guy asked for. Why do you start bashing him again?

Also, I personnally think it is possible that Andre is natural. I don't care what you all think, it's my opinion. If I was able to put on near 55 pounds naturally in a year, I don't know why someone dedicated couldn't do what Andre did in 2 years.

lol he already admitted that he was juicing, so no, he s not natural. still it has been great work. but if u don t want to help and just use the board to piss ppl off and advertize, then get alive.
