Areas to focus on: Stay off steroids before they injur you, you have way too little advanced training. Steroids give you like a 5% muscle gain. Can be a lot of you have lots of muscle, can be disappointingly low if you have little like you have now, and with your body type, you will loose ALL gains fast and then maybe even shrink some and be smaller/skinnier then you started.
Focus on 4000 calories a day, 350g protein, 350g carbs, and training hard. Id say focus on everything. How bout a food only cycle. Run that cycle for 12 weeks and repost pics.
I think someone like u running a winnie only cycle and the same person eating like stated above for the same time frame. The one which ate good and did no winnie will win.....
Learn your diet then learn your steroids...
