Thanks for the nice words guys....I know I still got some work to do to be where I want to be - not sure where that exactly is cause I don't think I'll ever be satisfied! Dieting and cardio are not exactly my favorite things to do but the results are worth the hard work.

I plan on doing some kind of cutting cycle this summer so I'll post some progress pics with lower BF. I'll include the wheels then also - had some nagging knee and ankle injuries that were making it hard to train legs the way I like. I'm getting back on track now though as I been blasting them hard for the past 6 weeks.

Maybe I'll even have a new chain in the next pics too - this one is kinda getting tight

Wow - I thought this thread was dead and buried LOL - somehow it found it's way out of the woodwork I guess! Thanks for the props bro's! Those pics were taken a few months ago and I have been clean ever since and have leaned out considerably since then also. I'm still weighing between 235-240 but I've dropped alot of the water weight that was on those pics....I'd guess I'm around 10-12% right now but you can see my abs much more than in those pics. I'm by no means shredded like Alevok but I can see 2...maybe 3 some days of that mystical 6-pack

It's hard for me to diet since I love food so much but I have been lately as well as doing cardio 3x per week and it has really made a difference. I plan on getting on a cutting cycle at the end of the month so I'll post some new pics after a few weeks on that....

Man that would really be awesome to have an all PA super bowl! I thought it would happen last year but we all know how that turned out
