Hey guys just need some advice with my diet. I am 5'10" 180. How does this diet look to gain solid lean mass. I am currently using the following:
Test E 600mg p/w (1-20)
Tren Enantate 400mg p/w (1-20)
EQ 500mg p/w (1-18)
Winny 40mg p/d (12-20)
Clomid
HCG
Diet:
6am:
Muscle milk
4 egg whites
2 pieces of whole wheat bread
10am:
Protein bar
2 bananas
2 spoon fulls of power butter
12pm:
Ground turkey
carrots
Muscle milk shake
brown rice
Apple
3pm:
1 banana
protein bar
1 pack of Tuna
5pm:
turkey,Chicken or beef chuck
salad
8pm:
Muscle milk shake
oatmeal
banana
