Hello to everyone
Hello to everyone, I am new and thought I would post a picture of myself...I have been training on and off for two years but only very seriously for 6 months. I am going to stay with it, I have the desire it takes now and I understand that I must have patience. Now my picture, sorry no pose without shirt cause I am carrying extra bodyfat and no leg picture, will try to get one online soon. as long as nobody tries to ruin my pride. Take care everyone

Welcome Bro! Looks like the arms are shaping up and your delts look great. Keep at it! I've been doing it for almost 20 years and would not think of quiting!

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. The picture I posted doesn't do much justice, I have more cuts than it shows, my digital camera doesn't do much for detail. I am far from being in good shape but I will never quit trying. I am trying to lean up a little for summer, I know that I need more mass but this midsection is driving me crazy. I have always been faily lean everywhere except my abdominal area. I will try to get some better pics up soon, I inplimented Xenadrine into my diet a couple of weeks ago and the results have been good for such a short amount of time. Again thanks everyone, take care and train hard.
