5 weeks out
Haven't posted anything in a while. I'm 5 weeks out from a show and figured I'd put up a couple of pics.
Need a tan real bad and am holding water. going to drop the eq I"m on next week and start taking more nolva and lower my test dosage to try and dry out a bit.
Still have a lot of fat in my back area it seems. HOpefully some is water
Been trying to get better symmetry this time around. Focussing less on my arms and more on my lats and chest.

your legs are your best feature... easily... you can see all of the quad muscles individually and you arent completely leaned out yet either, which is awesome... all around symetrical and big... good work man...
how old are you???
how many cycles???

great to see you again dangit. you were always one of the guys i looked up to. You're looking good, but you don't have to drop the eq or test.. just get yourself some femara (letrozole ) from the board sponsor, it'll dry you out real fast.

Thanks guys.
I guess there's actually 6 weeks left for the show So I think I'm on track.
I'm 5.6" and just a bit over 200lbs in the mornings after my cardio.
I can easilly lose 10lbs and I hope that will make me look nice and ripped.
I did my first cycle a bit over 2 years ago. I like running longer cycles with lower doses. I'm not exactly sure how many cycles I've done though.
I'm thinking of dropping the eq and just run tren till the show with a bit of test and winny. I want to keep things simple this time and cheap
seems like the battle is always keep muscle mass when dieting for a show and not really putting on muscle ( unless you have a ton of money for gear )

best of luck bro you look amazing. Your symmetry looks really good and your legs look amazing for 6 weeks out i cant imagine how they'll look in the big day. Arms and shoulders look great also. Post some pics when you get closer to the date. Best of luck at the show you look awesome.

I was taking only Test E and at 600mg a week before I started dieting.
For the last two months, I bumped my test to around 750mg a week and added eq at 400mg a week.
I could tell that the eq really kicked in the last month. I lost 20lbs the first month of dieting and since then I've stayed at just over 200lbs and kept on loosing fat.
I started taking winny about two weeks ago at 50mg a day.
Now I'm dropping the eq, lowering the test to 500mg a week again for the last month and will be running tren with that and the winny till the week of the show.
I just want to try and loose some more fat and not loose any muscle, or as little as possible.
I have carbs with every meal except the last one before bed and it seems to be working great. I'm staying vascular, my strengh is still pretty good and I'm still managing to loose fat.
I'm not going to bother with using prop or anything like that. Wasn't even going to use tren, but I"ve never tried it and now seems like it would be a pretty good time to see it's effects
