i got mad extra skin from being 275 couple yrs ago
currently doing HIT training and love just ended my 3rd week and 1st week of going all out to full muscular failure
Iam right now doing a cutter
diet looks like this
Meal 1 8am
8large eggwhites
1/4 cup fat free cheses(in eggs)
2 mushrooms (cut preparded in eggs)
2 piece of whole wheat toast (under 30 carbs)
Meal 2 10:30-11am
1 sccop protein powder(low car with water)
1tbsp flax
4oz turkey breast
Meal 3 1:30-2pm
8oz chicken Breast
1 cup green veggies
Meal 4 4:30-5pm
1/2 cup oats
1tbsp sugar free jam
1 sccop protein powder(low carb with water)
meal 5 7:30-8pm
8oz chicken breast
1 cup green veg
2tbsp natural pnb
Meal 6 Pwo shake 10:00-10:30
2 sccop protein powder(low carb with water)
3 scoops ultra fuel mixed with the protein
(i no this shake at the as the last meal isnt too good but i got to train late due to schedule and training when the gym is lees crowded)
drink 1 1/2-2 gallons of water day beside what i drink in the gym
on off days in the gym ill take in a shake were the pwo shake is
in this diet i think efa is screwed up tell me if its okay or need to add some and were
My ques is this what i should be doin cutting as were i am at in the pics
what i wanted to do wonder if this is okay cut till the end of th month then do a mini bulk diet according lean mass diet by mike xxl to my stats then cut again june- aug so i gain lil size and be somewhat cut during the summer then in september start a traditional bulk ova winter cut b4 the summer. idk if i am in left with this tell me what u guys think
