Hey guys, this is my girl and she just started dieting for a Fitness show in July (16 weeks), it’s a National qualifier in which she placed 3rd last year and she is trying to better her placing this year. she has put on about 5-7 pounds of muscle in the past year and that picture is about 10 months old.
So let’s hear it and try to motivate her a little bit OK…Thanks!

I'm speechless, I mean I'm no pro but she looks almost fitness ready now. Total respect, a body almost 99.99% of women want and 99.99% of women can't have. ( and 100% of us guys can't either)
