lol actually its not to great, ill give u as much as i can, i dont really have a set diet, aight in the morning ill drink a protein shake (cyto gainer) then no meal till lunch at school

which is a chicken breast sub and some chips with some milk, then ill go home make another shake (half serving) for before my workout, after workout another half serving, then dinner which normally consist of chicken, taters, some greens and a salad (not always but on an average day) then maybe a 2hot pockets and a big glass of milk bf i go to sleep and if i dont feel like eating bf bed time ill drink lik 3/4 serving of my cyto gainer (if i could afford to drink 3full servings aday i would) thats prety much it on my average day, its not to great but i squeeze what i can in considering im in school almost all day
