    FI's workout partner

    Now if you can believe he went from 220 lbs of fat! (gotta be honest) to his current 165 lbs in about a year and a half. Gotta give him props especially for being o'natural.(Don't worry i'm working on that )

    that's awesome FI. How tall is he and what kind of diet and cardio did he follow to do that? Lucky bastard doesn't even look like he has any stretch marks

    His stats are:

    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 165lbs
    B/F%: We don't know but he is almost happy with it

    As for diet, now he is at Mc Donalds with me all the time, but i make him work too hard to let it turn into fat! But when he was dropping all the weight he just cut out a lot of foods from his diet.

    Scar

    hey I see a little scar on his right side..did he have surgery? Lipo? Tummy Tuck? Just wondering cause I dropped from 300 to 175 in less than 4 months about 5 years ago...but I had tons of loose skin and shit and needed surgery.

    Yeah he had to have it removed about two years ago. And I'm trying to get him to post, he is registered as thestang. Maybe he'll come around
