terinox, i was refering to the needles of a xmas tree.

my theory

when you get a super ripped back with the xmas tree you can see striations on the edges of the tree in which i call the needles of the xmas tree

I cheated, got in the ole cancer oven a couple times since I haven't made it to the beach ONE TIME yet this year! Well saturday my fraternity and an entire sorority are going to the beach for an all day/night party. Cant wait to show off the pecs, hehe...
