20lbs lighter and feeling great!
as my previous pics indicated before,i was all about size and power.no more of that!i stopped lifting about 6 months ago and started to try and lean up.i was 220 and now i am 200 and feelin better.no more injurys!
my new workout consists of running,chin ups and various forms of pushups.
just thought id share.

I myself was a powerlifter and now want to be ****ing lean and ripped.

You look better bro. its never nice to have injuries. I couldnt leave the gym personally. For me its a place i'm going to be visiting till i die.

Looking good. Chest look like a stong point. If I was in your position I would want to lose a little more round the waist personally. You are definatly in the healthy bf range so it's up th you where you want to go from here. Whatever you decide good luck with it.

looking good bro! good 200lbs just try to get cut and your SET! and yes keep doing push ups belive it or not i still do everyday 300 pushups, i used to do 1000 a day trust me it get you ripped! keep it up!

Did you just change your workout routine or your diet as well? You could still be lean lifting iron if you started eating really clean and hit up cardio. I was just wondering why you would give up weights? You mentioned injury being a major reason but even so I would have a hard time doing so, I would just lift lighter weight in a more controlled way.

my diet is the same.i can get a great workout with out the weights.i do all bodyweight excersises now.ie:chins,pushups,one legged squats,dips,crunches ect..and i am still very strong.im just waiting to get more ripped.
i also do alot of mma training and have found that i am faster and more flexible.Last edited by radar1234; 06-07-2005 at 11:55 PM.
