    What I would expect out of a track athlete. I would stay at that build for your sport. You look great bro. What events? You look like a 200m runner.

    if ur still runnin i dont think u should put on a lot of mass. work on gettin legs stronger and also shoulders.

    4u2nv, i still compete, and do not want to add too much mass. but would like to be a bit more aesthetically pleasing to the eye..as much i hate saying that, as it is not functional..what do you all think i need to work on for everything to be on par/symmetrical etc?..thanx

    Testtube If I were you I would talk to my strength coach and let him know what you are interested in doing. With out knowing your current training regiemen it would be really tough to tell what to work on. As far as being aesthetically pleasing you are already lean as He!! which is the goal for most. However if size is what you are interested in be careful not to sacrifice your speed for size, at least till your done competing.

    Focus 100% on performance right now. If you are running 10.5's, you could easily qualify for regionals, then maybe NCAA's. Being an NCAA qualifier will make you more
    aesthetically pleasing--
