Def lean!
ur lean as hell which makes u look ripped, but u need to put on some mass. go to the bulking sticky in the diet forum,
What I would expect out of a track athlete. I would stay at that build for your sport. You look great bro. What events? You look like a 200m runner.

yes, the 100 and the 200.
Do you still compete? or are you done and want to put on some mass
i still compete, im only 20!![]()
Then are you asking for tips to add mass and where. Or are you just showing us picks. You lean as hell. Keep up the good work. Do you currently run in college?
if ur still runnin i dont think u should put on a lot of mass. work on gettin legs stronger and also shoulders.
What are your best times?
sub 10.50 and sub 21.00...PM if u wanna know specifics
4 pics of your abs. Why?
Hell if those were my abs... I'd do the same... I'd go everywhere shirtless... even to church on Sunday.Originally Posted by thickmass

whats your college's record?
Testtube If I were you I would talk to my strength coach and let him know what you are interested in doing. With out knowing your current training regiemen it would be really tough to tell what to work on. As far as being aesthetically pleasing you are already lean as He!! which is the goal for most. However if size is what you are interested in be careful not to sacrifice your speed for size, at least till your done competing.Originally Posted by TestTubeBaby
Focus 100% on performance right now. If you are running 10.5's, you could easily qualify for regionals, then maybe NCAA's. Being an NCAA qualifier will make you more
aesthetically pleasing--
