Hey everybody, I had asked about what a sus 250/ winny cycle could do for you and no one had any legit answers. So I thought I'd try it out, and these were my results. i ONLY KNOW MY BENCH MAX FROM BEFORE AND AFTER, because maxing is a waist of time to me. I used to put up 265, yesterday I put up 325 twice, I had already worked out chest earlier, and I didn't warm up. So the odds were against me. I think I could probably put up at least 360 lbs.
