    No need to go down to 3%
    You'll feel like shit and you loose muscle.

    5-6% should be what you're aiming for, no less. You should only go down below that when you prepare for a show.

    thanks alot guys for the positive feedback. im still pretty new into using gear,since few months ago i didnt even know what test is
    right now im thinking about a cutter but i dont know what to use,maybe tren and propionat.
    all my life ive been doing some sort of sports but bodybuilding really got the grip of me.
    in a couple of days i will post my quad shots.

    its a small world we're living in...
    cant belive it....I used yahoo geocities server... i dont understand how could he see the pics.they were protected by a password!! ...the only place where this pics can be seen is croatian bb forum...creeps is probably from croatia, or a cro bb forum member even!!!
