Whats up guys i finally got some pics of me when i was at my friends house this weekend, i have been trainin for 4 years, im 21 and weigh 220lbs,

So ya tell me what u guys think i just wanted to say this board is great and so far it has helped me to get better results!

I am 5'8, and ultimately I want to be 220 w/abs, (around 8%).

Got my work cut out for me, i'm currently 195 at 11%.

Thanx for all the compliments guys...when i start cutting up im gonna post some more pics with a pump and a tan maybe ill look a little better. I have been 195 before and was pretty cut not sure what my bodyfat was, hopin to compete someday but with the fact that i wrestle my body loses muscle easily from the poundin i take night in and night out and its hard to train the next day, So thanx everyone u guys are cool!

I have done a Fina and Sus cycle and thats it i went to about 210 naturally at 5"9 then went to 228 or so now down to 220lbs been clean for 2 months thinkin of doing Fina and Winny plus some kind of Test that doesnt retain water any suggestions would help? and ya i used to be a runnin back!

Test Propinate 50mg ed or 100mg eod should do you well with Fina and Winny...
