19 all natty first post/pics
i have been reading this site for a while as far as diets and excersize. im 19 about 165 have been lifting for about a year and a half but only seriously lifting and eating right for about 9 months, have been taking cee, glutamine vitamins and tried injectable b12 to help me eat more a few times. i know i need work, my goal is to get bigger naturally and stay lean.

Whatever you've doing continue it. Take full advantage of those natural test levels like you have been!

how tall are you? depending on height, 165 is good for a 19 year old.
either way, you look like you have a solid base going.. keep working out the legs though, as they look like they might be lagging behind.

when i first started lifting a little after i graduated highschool i was about 145, for a while i didnt know what i was doing and wasnt eating right and gained very little, once i started dieting better and training harder the weight started sticking
