Update
I started bulking at 155lbs after losing 55 lbs before that (from 210)
I've gained my way up to 170 but plateaued.... I haven't increased my calorie intake, so I'm doing this as of tomorrow
but here's some pics
first is what I looked like at the beginning (155), and after that are pics from yesterday morning (cold at 170)

lookin good..whats your height?...how did yo lose the 55 ketosis or did you use the cuttin sticky?...im down to 175 from 210 at 5'10...i went to 185 just messing around then i got serious wiht just losign body fat and eating right now im 175 and stronger then i ever been......curiosu as to how you got to 155 and was ur bf% then?

it was ketosis... and majorly... I was borderline anorexic... I cared too much about what my stomach looked like, and not the rest of my body

yeah, I'm doing it the right way now... I don't have MUCH loose skin; but it's hard for definition in the stomach... as that's where I kept all my weight

Your upper torso seems very long!
Good job thus far, I know how anorexia can be, I used to be anorexic (stage 3)
