This guy is hardcore at it's finest. He is almost 50 years old and I can hardly hang with him in the gym, except back I smoke him on. He trains old school Arnold style with a few more sets than the average person. Great guy, and one hell of a body. Check it out

I asked him how big his bi's were and he told me close to 23". The pic doesnt do him as much justice, believe me.

He may have exaggerated a little, but they are every bit of 22 1/2" around, his arms are in a whole other universe than most any other competitiors. The guy is 6'2" at 245lbs at 6% in his off season!!

Don't get me wrong, the guy looks great...especially for his age, but i wouldnt even put those arms at 20", much less 23...but i guess it could be the pick, got anymore?

Those arms are huge, especially if he is really 6'2"! People often don't think about how hard it is for a taller guy to get the appearance of big arms in pictures.

looks really sick, thats what bob paris is gonna look like when he gets older, his chest is massive..just really needs lats to be asthestically pleasing. seriously looks like a masters olypia shot post more pics guy
