    first pic..only one but just let me know what u think

    i dont got a digital cam..so the pic is kinda bad...but im 20 years old....started an anavar only cycle 2 weeks ago at 40mg ed..just want some opinions...also any guess on bf???

    Looking' swole, bro. The belly is lookin' swoled up too!

    Just messin' with ya'. Traps look outstanding, delts look pretty full as well. It looks like you need to work on triceps a bit, but the pic sucks so I can't really tell... BF looks around 14%.

    nope..just doing the anavar to try to tighten up a bit...always had a hard time developing my chest..its getting more defined now but not that big..i think its just because the rest of my body like traps and shoulders and out growing my chest that makes it look smaller..by the way im 5'9 210

    thats what im trying to do man...i started cutting down when i got up to 221...been eating right and trying to do cardio at least 3 times a week in the morning...added the anavar to help alittle but looking forward to what ill look like in about 6 more weeks when the cycle is done..ill post new pics

    I'd increase the cardio to 4-5 days per week at least, that'll speed things up.

    im trying to do it as many days as possible...work and other things make it hard to get up early to go run..but i still do it at least 3 days but every other week ill get it 4 times a week
